SHENG’s Managing Partner Ilan Maor and Manager Ma ZiYan had the pleasure of participating in the inaugural event of Arineta (Shandong) Medical Co. Ltd. at the Jinan Medical Center, in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province, China.
Arineta (Shandong) Medical Equipment Co. is a joint venture founded by Israel-based Arineta Ltd., a leader in cardiovascular imaging solutions through cutting-edge technology, and its Jinan-based partner, Shandong Yituo Medical Technology Development Co. Ltd. (SYMT), an investment of Jinan Medical Center (JMC).
The event marks another significant milestone in the growth of Arineta (Shandong) Medical, complementing the ongoing NMPA registration process for Arineta’s SpotLight™ Duo, which the company has been managing since its establishment in May 2024.
The inauguration of the new site was led by Einav Ehre, CFO & COO, and Keren Elkayam, Director of China Operations at Arineta Ltd.; Tie Fei, General Manager of Arineta (Shandong) Medical; as well as Ma Ning, Chairman, and Cao Longfei, Director of SYMT.
In their speeches at the event, COO Einav Ehre and Chairman Ma highlighted the significant value the new joint venture brings by introducing world-leading cardio CT technology to the Chinese healthcare system. They emphasized its role in enabling early detection of heart and lung diseases, enhancing treatment outcomes, and reducing the need for unnecessary invasive procedures.
Minister Yifat Inbar, Head of the Economic Mission at the Embassy of Israel in Beijing, attended the event and highlighted the joint venture as a prime example of the strong potential for win-win cooperation between Israel and China.
Having played a key role in initiating and supporting the collaboration between Arineta and SYMT, which ultimately led to the establishment of the joint venture. SHENG was honored to take part in the event, represented by Managing Partner Ilan Maor and Manager Ma Ziyan, who leads Arineta Project at SHENG.
