The 2025 Jiangsu Conference on Industry – University – Research Cooperation and Exchange hosted by the Jiangsu Science and Technology Department and organized by the Jiangsu New Productivity Promotion Center, was held on September 11th-12th, 2025.
This year the conference was themed “Technology Empowers New Productivity, Innovative and Integrated Development Leads the Way,” bringing together academicians, universities, research institutes, technology companies, and technology transfer and service organizations to create a technological event filled with cutting-edge technologies and innovative wisdom.
SHENG Enterprises was represented in this year’s conference by Manager Frances LU, who was invited to participate and spoke at the “T2+20 International Technology Transfer Service Agencies Innovation Cooperation Network Working Seminar & Innovation Cooperation Briefing”. She introduced SHENG Enterprises and its collaborative achievements with Jiangsu Science and Technology Department, Jiangsu S&T Exchange Center with Foreign Countries, and Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute. She also offered opinions and suggestions on the collaborative network development efforts of Jiangsu “Belt and Road” Innovation Cooperation and Technology Transfer Alliance, in which SHENG Enterprises has been playing a constructive role together with other Jiangsu-based technology transfer agencies.
The working seminar was chaired by Mr. YAO Guopeng, Department Deputy Director of Jiangsu S&T Exchange Center with Foreign Countries, and Participants included Mr. Tao Fei, of the International Cooperation Division of Jiangsu S&T Department, Ms. HAN Xue, Deputy Director of the Overseas Cooperation Department of Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute, Ms. ZHU Biyun, Deputy Director of Jiangsu S&T Exchange Center with Foreign Countries, executives from China Design Group Co. and Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and executives, as well as representatives from nearly 20 Jiangsu-based technology transfer and service organizations.
In addition, Frances LU was invited to participate in the B2B matchmaking session with Jiangsu-based companies and institutions. She listened to the cooperation needs and requests from companies in the fields of engineering infrastructure, smart transportation, modern agriculture, new materials, renewable energy, and biochemical engineering, and provided the relevant solutions and partnership opportunities.
