SHENG’s Managing Partner, Ilan Maor, acting in his capacity as the President of Israel – China Chamber of Commerce participated in a meeting hosted by the Minister of Economy and Industry of Israel Nir Barkat with the aim to enhance the cooperation between the Foreign Trade Administration (FTA) and the bilateral chambers of commerce.
The event brought together the management and team of FTA, dozens of heads of the various Chamber of Commerce, and joined by senior executives from the leading economic organizations in Israel.
Speaking at the panel held during the meeting, Ilan Maor presented the Chamber’s activities in the past year, among them providing support to the Asian embassies in Israel in coping with the situation post-7/10, assisting the chamber members in facing challenges in the past year, promoting cooperation between Israeli companies and their counterparts in Asia, holding various events.
Ilan presented as one of the top events of the Chamber, the launching event of “SHENG lsrael – Jiangsu Innovation Hub” which was held in Tel Aviv (August 1st), in cooperation between the Chamber, China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park (CICP) and Sheng Enterprises.
