We had the honor and the pleasure to host, at the offices of our partners BDO Israel, the meeting of the Israel – China Chamber of Commerce & The Israel – Asia Chamber of Commerce with Ms. Irit Ben Abba, the Israeli Ambassador to China, on her recent visit to Israel.
During the two hours meeting Ambassador Ben Abba updated the participants about the recent developments in China and the bilateral relations between Israel & China, emphasizing the importance which Israeli and Chinese governments attach to maintaining and further developing the economic cooperation between our countries.
SHENG’s Managing Partner Ilan Maor, serving as the President of Israel – China Chamber of Commerce, shared updates on current issues and developments in the business relations with China and the General Manager of the Israel – Asia chamber Liron Urman updated on the Chamber activities in the past year and the good cooperation with the Embassy of the PRC in Tel Aviv.
The Chamber’s Chairman Amos Yudan, Vice Chairman Yoav Sade shared their experience and views and the representative of over ten Israeli companies, including some of SHENG’s clients, AirTouch Solar and Motomova, presented their companies and the activities in China, and brought up questions regarding the general relations and the future of Israel – China cooperation, as well as specific issues related to their business activities, which were answered by the Ambassador Ben Abba.
