Arthur is the Manager of Changzhou SHENG Holdings CBTI Co.

Before joining SHENG in 2019, Arthur worked for a Venture Capital as an assistant to the General Manager and was responsible for some investment business. Prior to that, Arthur worked as a project assistant in the Wujin National Hi-tech Industrial Zone Promotion Department.

Arthur holds a B.Com. in Finance & Economics from The University of Melbourne.
